Must be researched at a Research Table after acquiring Blueprint: Water Tank. Stores 33 units of water and can be connected to one or more Sprinkler to automatically fill them with water. Water Pipes must be used to connect the machines.
While there is an attachment on the top of the tank for rain collection, no water is collected during storms.
