Trading Post are Environmental elements in Raft.
Summary[]
The Trading Post is a whole new way to make the most of all the resources that you do not really feel the need to keep! Trading posts can be found on many of the large islands and offer a variety of items. Some will help with survival, some will help with fighting and some will simply make you or your raft prettier. Purchasing the items in the trading posts costs Trash Cube and sometimes Trade Coins. Trash cubes are produced in the Recycler by converting your leftover materials into cubes, while Trade Coins are acquired by selling rare fish that can be caught with the Fishing Rod using bait sold on the Trading posts.
Reputation[]
A special mechanic within the shop is that in order to unlock the higher tiers, the player must increase their reputation. To do this, the player must sell rare fish that are caught using various types of bait. After selling a specific amount of rare fish, the next tier is unlocked, along with access to more advanced fish bait used to catch other rare fish.
Buy[]
At the Trading Post you can purchase a number of different items, but to purchase from all Tiers you have to increase your Reputation by selling rare fish at the Trading Post. To unlock Tier 2, the Player has to increase their Reputation at the Trading Post to 300, for Tier 3 it is 3000.
