The first three pieces of Tape are found around the rooms of the Plantation Area with Electrified Water in the lower section of Tangaroa. Tape is used to fix the wiring around fuse boxes, which in turn opens a nearby door. Fixing all the wires requires nine tape (in addition to the initial 3), but so far 20 pieces of tape have been found.
