To obtain this the player must kill and loot a Poison-Puffer.
It can be used as a source of raw food for the Biofuel Refiner. At 300 units, it is the best raw food source in the game (excluding the Mama Bear Head, which is a unique item), meaning that if the player takes care to kill every Poison-Puffer they find around Large Islands, they will have a stable source for their Biofuel.
